At Geez Drones our goal is to provide you with the highest quality drones at an affordable price.  We strive to have the best customer service and support available.

If you feel you may have an exception to a policy, please let us know and we would be happy to work with you.

We do our best to keep our website updated with new information, current prices, etc.  At times manufacturers/distributors change prices and we are obligated to comply. Prices are subject to change without notice in some situations.  We also do our best to keep all pictures current, but all pictures are for reference use only as at times minor changes do occur to products and at times styles will vary slightly between bike models. With metal products please realize when anodized the shade of the anodizing can change with every batch. This is just the nature of anodizing. We do not guarantee the shade of anodizing will be the same as the picture as every batch we get in changes. 

You can login and check your order status under your account at any time. If an item has to be ordered in, and you need us to ship the other items, please contact us by phone or email, and if you're in the US (does not apply to international orders) we will gladly split ship your order for you.

Shipping

Within the continental US ALL shipping is FREE. No matter how much you order or the size or weight of the order. It all ships for FREE.

Returns and Exchanges

1.Please recheck your order before submitting it and make sure the items on the order are what you intend to purchase.  Please also check your order immediately after receiving it.  All returns must be returned within 30 days of receiving your items.

  1. If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, please email us and let us know what item(s) you will be returning. Our returns department will respond to your email and issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. We can either offer you full store credit in the form of a promo code that can be used towards future orders, or we can refund you for the returned items. All returns that are being refunded to the original payment method are subject to a 15% restocking fee which covers the shipping and processing of your original order. All tires can be returned for in store credit or a refund, but a 20% restocking fee will apply as this covers our cost to ship them to you.
  3. All returns must have an RMA number listed on the outside of the box either under the "Geez Drones" portion of the shipping label or clearly written on the outside of the box. Otherwise, the package will be refused and returned to you. All unauthorized returns will be credited less the 20% restocking fee.
  4. All returns must be in 100% new condition and in new packaging, uninstalled, and come with all documents including installation instructions. Make sure they are packaged well, in a shipping box other than the manufacturers packaging to avoid any damage in shipping. The only exception would be exhausts which may be returned in the manufacturers packaging.
  5. Any item refused after we have completed your order will have a 20% restocking fee and the rest will be refunded back to your original payment method.  If you change your mind on an item, contact us before hand to avoid the 20% restocking fee.

Shipping fees for all returns, not in error of Geez Drones, will be paid for by the shipper. We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) returns, prepaid shipping labels or stamps. 

If Geez Drones made the mistake:

We will cover all costs for the mistake to be corrected. We must either receive the incorrect item back from you or you can replace a new order for a replacement item. We do not keep credit card information on file so we will not be able to bill your card for a replacement part. Please email our returns department before placing a new order so we can insure the return is taken care of the fastest way possible for you.

We will cover USPS priority UPS ground shipping from you for the incorrect product, as well as, back to you for the correct product. If you would like to receive the product faster than the standard 2 to 3 days for shipping, please let us know and we can arrange for overnight shipping at an additional expense.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up until they ship without any restocking fees. However, if an item was ordered specifically for you and is not an item we continually stock or you are sent a custom invoice, the order cannot be canceled as they are special ordered just for you.

If an item is on back order, meaning that this item is not on the way to us and there is a waiting period before the product is available, the restocking fee will not apply.  If the item is out of stock at our warehouse and was ordered in for you, the 10% restocking fee will apply.

Warranties

Customer understands that Geez Drones is not the manufacturer of the products purchased by Customer hereunder and the only warranties offered are those of the manufacturer, not Geez Drones. All products are sold AS IS. In purchasing the products, customer is relying on the manufacturer's specifications only and is not relying on any statements, specifications in brochures, photographs or other illustrations representing the products that may be provided by Geez Drones. Geez Drones and its affiliates hereby expressly disclaim all warranties either expressed or implied, related to products sold by third parties or affiliates of Geez Drones including, without limitation, any warranty of merchant ability, fitment for a particular purpose or noon-infringement. This disclaimer does not affect the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, if any.

If you believe that an item needs to be returned for warranty repair, please contact us or the manufacturer to determine the best solution to the issue. We will be happy to help you find the fastest way to take care of the issue whether it be sending the item back to the manufacturer or us. Most manufacturers prefer to handle warranty claims directly and it is usually the fastest way to take care of the claim. If the product does need to be returned for warranty issue, the customer will pay shipping back to us or the manufacturer. 

Export Sales

If this transaction involves an export under the Export Administration Regulations, the products sold or distributed under these Terms and Conditions of Sale exported from the United States by Geez Drones were exported in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations.  Some laws of your country may require you to pay customs fee's. Diversion, use, export or re-export contrary to United States law is prohibited. In addition, manufacturers' warranties for exported products may vary or may be null and void for products exported outside the United States.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will Geez Drones or its affiliates or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages that result from products purchased by customer. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even in Geez Drones has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of incidental or consequential damages, Geez Drones liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. Neither Geez Drones. nor its affiliates will be liable for products not being available for use. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, neither Geez Drones. nor its affiliates are liable of responsible for an amount of damages above the dollar amount paid by the customer for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. Geez Drones will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which result from any circumstances beyond its control, including without limitation, product unavailability, carrier delays, delays due to fire, severe weather conditions, failure of power, labor problems, acts of war, terrorism, general insurrection, acts of God or acts of any government or agency.

Privacy Policy

We are extremely concerned to protect your privacy and confidentiality. We understand that our users may be concerned to know that their data will not be used for any purpose unintended by them and will not fall into the hands of a third party. We do not share, sell, or disclose to a third party.

Safety

Geez Drones has no control over the usage of any part or product. Customer shall read and comply with all safety instructions in the documentation for each product, and to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any part.

Indemnification

Customer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Geez Drones and its affiliates, or their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, agents, successors, or assigns from all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including attorney's fees, that arise from Customer's (a) breach of these Terms and Conditions of Sale; (b) use of any products purchased on Geez Drones website. Geez Drones reserves the right, at it own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by Customer, in which event Customer will cooperate with Geez Drones in asserting any available defenses.

Pricing and Availability Disclaimer

All pricing is subject to change. Geez Drones reserves the right to make adjustments to pricing and product offerings for reasons including, but not limited to, changing market conditions, product discontinuation, product unavailability, manufacturer price changes and errors in advertisements. All orders are subject to product availability. Therefore, Geez Drones cannot guarantee that it will be able to fulfill Customer's orders 100% of the time.
